Over coffee, they began asking a simple question:
"If Australian dealerships could rebuild customer engagement from the ground up using AI, what would it look like?"
Rather than build another software platform, the intent was to develop practical AI that genuinely improves customer experience, operational efficiency and commercial outcomes for Australian dealerships.
