What the customer experiences
A normal conversation. Polite, fast, on the right channel, in the right tone. No mention of 'AI' unless legally required.
What the salesperson experiences
A brief, contextual handover when human judgement is needed. Customer name, vehicle of interest, prior context, recommended action, confidence indicator.
Where the handover happens
Pricing negotiations. Complaint signals. Trade-in offers. Finance recommendations. Anything outside the deterministic playbook.
The control surface
Salespeople and BDC managers should be able to pause, tone-shift, or hand back a conversation in two clicks. Without that, adoption fails.
